- Real Estate background (not required, but a plus.)
- Strong phone communication skills, multitasking, handling of important documents, computer knowledge, sales knowledge, and ability to negotiate.
- Respectful, self-motivated, positive attitude, and competitive nature.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting for listings.
- Cold calling
- Traveling to and from mobile home parks
- Obtaining relationships with park managers.
- Showings homes.
- Administration of paperwork
- Working with seller and buyer to meet their needs, negotiate contracts, collecting important documents pertaining to the sale, and giving outstanding customer service to both clients.
- Holding yourself accountable
- Doing task in a timely manner with a sense of urgency.
